Refunds

This page does not charge a card. You email to start, and any payment is arranged in that email thread, not through a checkout here.
The fee is the $297 one-time pack. If you have paid and you cancel in writing before scripts are written and before any render starts, that payment is refunded.
After production has started, the fee covers work already underway and is not refunded, except if the 10 files are not delivered.
