AI likeness
Updated October 3, 2026.
Short Foundry videos are AI talking-head renders, not a live camera shoot and not a human film crew.
A real person’s face or voice is used only when that person consents and you include that consent with the order. If you do not send that, the host is a stock presenter you approve. We do not build a likeness of someone who has not agreed.
The work is SFW only. We do not make adult or nude video.
The clip on the homepage is a portfolio sample. It is not a client.
When you post the files, you handle any AI or synthetic-content label the platform asks for. We do not post to your channels.
